Each summer, in collaboration with local agencies, we welcome visitors to our olive farm for an immersive journey – from walking through our wild Dalmatian grove and learning how our high-phenolic olive oil is made, to discovering the region’s unique terroir, climate and people. You’ll see the full production process up close and learn what makes extra virgin, organic and high-phenolic olive oils so special.

Our guided tours and tastings are designed to introduce you to different types and qualities of olive oil, their aromas and flavours, and the scientifically recognised health benefits of extra virgin olive oil.
